The 2007 Montreal Footbag Championships is a great opportunity for those who want to have an extremely good practice before the World Championships (Orlando, USAaugust 11th to 18th)

Enough of the good Montreal players will be here defending our turf to make it interesting for anyone looking for a great challenge.

The cost to enter will be $20 for Novice, $30 for Intermediate and $40 for open players, a tournament shirt is included.

It is a Footbag net only tournament and will provide singles and doubles categories.

The Official Net Bag for this tournament is the Pro Kicker Impact 32 pannel. It will be mandatory for semis and finals and will be provided by the tournament organizers.

All day at Parc Lafontaine (Near Sherbrooke and Calixa-Lavallée, look for the nets)
Make sure to bring food and drinks there's nothing too close, you don't want to loose your energy walking around, and you don't want to be scratched because you're not present for your matches.

10h Late registration and check-in
11h Singles to the finals (single elimination bracket with consolation rounds)
12h start singles consolation rounds
15h Doubles to the semi finals (pools and quarter finals if necessary)
16h start doubles consolation rounds
19h30 estimated time for the closure of the Net day

23h00 Party at 1440 Sanguinet street, the entrance is remote, it's a big room where all the participants of the Just for Laughs Extreme Sports Section will meet. You will need your VIP passes to enter.

16h30 moving to the Just for Laughs festival, Extreme sports section
at the Toussaint-Louverture park, on De Maisonneuve, between St-Dominique and Sanguinet.

17h00 3rd place SINGLES consolation match, 1 game to 15 points
17h45 3rd place DOUBLES consolation match, 1 game to 15 points
18h30 DOUBLES FINALS

21h30 Party starts at the CHARLOT (The Just for Laughs VIP restaurant in front of the 1440 Sanguinet) with a good meal. Players will need to show up their passes, included with the tournament package.

Midnight or so Party continues at the ZAZ bar 4297 St-Denis.
